Rental price
Casa Eleonora in its entirety is available for rental in the period from June 28 to September 6, 2025.
If you would like to rent the house
outside this period, please let us know and we can see what
the options are.
The facility is for up to 6 people and consists of 3 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bathrooms including bed linen and towels (1 set per week), and is spread over the ground floor and the 1st floor.
The rental price per week (7 overnight stays) for a maximum of 6 people is € 1975.
Bookings always in consultation and are only final after confirmation by the landlord.
Conditions:
Final cleaning costs of € 110 will be
charged additionally, as well as the tourist tax of € 1.50 per person per
overnight stay.
Deposit: € 400 in cash or by bank transfer
to be paid when handing over the keys as a deposit for any damage incurred
during the rental period.
Any damage that exceeds the deposit that
occurs during the rental period due to the actions of the tenant will be
recovered from the tenant.
The deposit minus the costs for final
cleaning and tourist tax will be refunded to the tenant when no damage has
occurred during the rental period when the keys are handed over at check-out.
Rental of the house only per week or for
several weeks. The weeks run from Saturday 4:00 PM to the following Saturday
10:00 AM. The weeks always run from Saturday to Saturday.
Parking space behind closed gate on
private property.
The windows on the first floor have
mosquito nets and a security fence and are equipped with shutters.
The garage can possibly be used to store
(racing - mountain bike) bicycles.
- Washing machine and dryer available on the
ground floor.
- Independent heating system.
- All living areas are equipped with air
conditioning (cooling and heating) and WIFI. Cot and high chair are available on
request.
- Pets are allowed upon consultation.
Safety:
The house meets the safety requirements
for rental. The living areas are equipped with smoke detectors, carbon monoxide
detectors and fire extinguishers.
