holiday home in Tuscany

Located among the beautiful Tuscan hills of Volterra in a private setting surrounded by cypresses, Casa Eleonora in the village of Villamagna (Commune di Volterra), is a comfortable holiday home for up to 6 people. Casa Eleonora, fully equipped with air conditioning and WiFi, is located at the highest point of Villamagna with a great panoramic view, overlooking the towers of Volterra.

The house is spread over two levels: on the first floor an apartment of 115m2, suitable for a maximum of 4 people. The layout consists of a spacious lounge-dining room with a large fireplace, very luxurious kitchen (dishwasher, 90cm ceramic stove with oven, Nespresso coffee maker), 2 x double bedrooms, bathroom and a wine room. On this floor there is a large terrace with dining table and an incredibly beautiful view.

On the ground floor is an independent apartment, for a maximum of 2 people, of 45 m2 with bathroom. Atmospheric sitting around the fireplace for a moment of relaxation.

The adjacent land, approximately 1 ha, is accessible via a long staircase, where the swimming pool is also located (construction in early spring 2025). There is a BBQ on the ground floor and there is a lovely sitting area on the patio where you can enjoy the sunset.

Villamagna is located in a strategic area: you can quickly reach Volterra, San Gimignano, Lajatico (Theatro del Silenzio – Andrea Bocelli)), Florence, Pisa, Livorno, Lucca, Siena and many more beautiful Tuscan towns and villages.
